Burnermunde skyrocketed to cult status among Gen Z audiences with their debut documentary, 6 TILL 6. Known for their gritty sensibility and unfiltered approach to storytelling, their work captures the music and fashion subcultures they inhabit, weaving in reflections of their South Asian and Somali roots.

The duo’s creative partnership began with a shared love of cinema, drawing inspiration from filmmakers like Chris Morris and Sean Baker. Balancing British realism, sharp observational comedy, and a healthy dash of absurdity, Burnermunde is carving out a unique name for themselves across commercials, music videos and independent filmmaking.

Burnermunde’s brand collaborations include G-Shock, Corteiz, Adidas and Nike, to name a few, while their Pastdown Store campaign was hailed as one of the best campaigns of 2024 by a range of influential streetwear publications.
