Sebas Alfie began his career in Buenos Aires as a creative director working in some of the best creative agencies such as Grey, Young and Rubicam among others. He later switched hats to become a director. This shift allowed him to bring a unique perspective to his work, often bringing ideas and twists at the script stage.
Sebas has a sharp instinct for comedic timing and a talent for drawing authentic performances from actors. He uses humor, relatability, and visual storytelling to create brand messages that connect, combining dialogue-driven and visually-led projects. With experience working for leading brands in Latam, US and Europe, his work has been recognized at Cannes, Clio, and El Sol. Beyond advertising, Alfie has directed three feature films, including a recent documentary on Diego Maradona for Warner/HBO.
